Steve Raine Architecture Ltd is a small Architecture practice providing bespoke design solutions to the domestic and commercial market. As the sole director I bring 25 years of experience in the construction industry to the company, gained working on a wide variety of projects. Based in East Lothian projects can be undertaken across the whole of Scotland and North of England. I aim to provide client-focused, design-led imaginative solutions that will strive to meet, if not exceed the clients expectations. These solutions will match the clients budget, be environmentally sensitive and seek to add value to your property. Specifically, I am looking to undertake projects in both the domestic and commercial sectors. Domestically, new private houses, extensions and loft conversions of all sizes are welcome, along with modest scale residential and office developments and site evaluation, feasibility and masterplanning on the commercial side.
