I help companies change leadership behaviour and develop a coaching culture. I specialise in sales leadership, turning managers into leaders and salespeople into confident and highly effective powerhouses. As we move away from a manufacturing towards a more service-based economy, the old model of management is changing towards developing a LEADERSHIP culture. In addition to helping salespeople develop their sales and using roleplay to refine them, I help sales managers encourage their people to think more on their feet and become less dependent on their managers. This helps build independence and confidence and enables their managers to have greater headroom to focus on their own development and growth. I show managers how to use data from sales reporting into powerful teaching platforms allowing salespeople to identify their own training needs and become actively involved in their own development. I work with managers to help them develop a strategic focus. I help them build self confidence and inner belief using a range of techniques including presentation skills and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) I offer senior managers a safe and quiet space to refine their own thinking a develop effective strategies. I recognise that senior management can be a lonely place and having a confidential space to air their concerns and think through challenges can be enormously beneficial. With over 40 years of experience in both corporations and building private companies, there are not many challenges I have not seen and experienced. It is a privilege to give back and provide a platform to business people at all levels in the organisation, whatever their specific needs and challenges.
