I operate on a structured monthly retainer, taking a top-down view of the business and focusing effort where it will create the greatest commercial impact. SEO is usually the primary growth lever, because it sits at the intersection of website performance, content, demand capture, and buyer intent. In practice, that means modern organic visibility across traditional search, AI-driven results (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, etc.), and discovery on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube. Depending on the stage of the business, my role may involve- Strategic marketing planning and business development - High-performance web design, build, and optimisation - Website stability, performance & technical reliability - SEO-led organic growth (structure, content & demand capture)- CRM setup, research, sales intelligence, enablement & outreach - Tools to measure, analyse & report on business & web data - Integrating AI efficiency capabilities with your existing systems - Streamlining ops and marketing with AI workflows and triggers - Creating AI agents and tools to extend reach and engagement Not everything runs at once. Each month we focus on the 1-2 priorities most likely to move the business forward. As constraints are removed, focus shifts. For smaller teams, I’ll often implement changes directly. For more established businesses, I work alongside internal marketers and specialists – or provide strategic oversight to Heads of Marketing who need senior leadership to align strategy, execution, and partners.
