FedEx Ground has established a solid reputation as the leader for on-time delivery performance, technological innovation and fleet safety in the ground package marketplace. The FedEx Ground mission is to be the best small-package ground delivery company serving business and residential customers in North America. FedEx Home Delivery is a division of FedEx Ground, specializing in residential delivery Tuesday through Saturday and offers delivery options to provide more flexibility for residential recipients. Vital to that ambition is the network of Pickup and Delivery independent contractors, independent businessmen and women who own their vehicles and are paid based on service. The transportation industry has a long history of working successfully with independent contractors, and it’s no different at FedEx Ground and Home Delivery. Through their predecessor company, FedEx Ground has enjoyed a successful working relationship with independent contractors for nearly 25 years. As an Independent FedEx Contractor, STI PERFORMANCE INC owns and operates a fleet of Twenty branded FedEx Ground and Home Delivery vehicles and has Twenty One full time employees. Our trucks are housed at the FedEx Terminal in Pflugerville, TX where they are loaded in the morning for business each day. STI PERFORMANCE INC provides FedEx Ground and Home Delivery service throughout the North Austin area servicing more than stops daily. On average, STI PERFORMANCE INC handles over packages per day.
