Stichting Addisa
Stichting Addisa is een safehouse die ondersteunde zorg biedt aan volwassenen die een klinische behandeling hebben doorlopen voor hun verslavingsproblematiek. Deelnemers van het safehouse worden begeleid aan de hand van de 10 leefgebieden met als doel de deelnemer zelfstandig te leren functioneren in de samenleving. Uitgangspunt voor onze begeleiding is volledige abstinentie. Daarbij werken we volgens een combinatie van het 12-stappen programma (Minnesota-model), motiverende gespreksvoering en cognitieve gedragstherapie.
