Stichting Culemborg Blues

Stichting Culemborg Blues is een onbezoldigd bestuur dat jaarlijks, de 4e zaterdag van augustus, het gratis bluesfestival in Culemborg organiseert. Vanzelfsprekend kan het dat niet alleen. Het festival wordt mogelijk gemaakt dankzij partners, sponsors, vrijwilligers en publiek. Het evenement wordt gehouden op verschillende podia in de historische binnenstad van Culemborg. Ca. 20 bands treden op van 13.30 uur tot 00.30 uur 's nachts. Er zijn 2 hoofdpodia waarop bands uit binnen- en buitenland optreden. Naast het grote bluesfestival in augustus, organiseert Stichting Culemborg Blues ook de Blues Night in Culemborg en de bluescruise op de Lek in samenwerking met Stichting Blues in Wijk. On several stages in the middle of the old centre town 20 bands will be playing from 13.30 hrs in the afternoon until 00.30 hrs at night. We have two big mainstages and bands from all over The Netherlands, Europe and the rest of the world can perform at our festival. On the 4th saturday of January Stichting Culemborg Blues organize the Culemborg Blues Night. this is an indoor event which take place in a venue also in the centre of the town.
