Relatietherapie met resultaat: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) gaat uit van de hechtingstheorie: wij mensen zijn gemaakt om ons te hechten. Als onze hechting wordt bedreigd, dan schieten we in paniek. De één gaat in de aanval, een ander trekt zich liever terug. De focus in EFT therapie ligt op het doorbreken van die negatieve patronen. Dan ontstaat er meer onderling begrip en vertrouwen. EFT is een bewezen effectieve relatietherapie, en is er inmiddels voor individuen, stellen, gezinnen - zelfs bij scheidingen. Stichting EFT Nederland verzorgt trainingen en deelt hierover kennis en informatie met haar groeiende netwerk van professionals, die onze passie delen voor het verbeteren van (partner)relaties in ons land.
