Stichting Fttx Certificering
De stichting FttX Certificering beheert de branchebrede personencertificering voor FttX glasvezelprofessionals. Met deze regeling wil de stichting het vakmanschap en de kwaliteit van de glasvezelinfrastructuur voor de toekomst borgen. De stichting richt zich daarbij op de beheerfase van FttX-netwerken en streeft naar gefaseerde invoering van de nieuwe certificering door glasvezelpartijen. De stichting stelt toetsmatrijzen en eindtermen vast, waarmee opleiders hun lesstof kunnen ontwikkelen. Ook stelt de stichting examenopgaven voor theorie- en praktijkexamens op, evenals eisen aan de examenlocaties. De stichting wordt bestuurd door KPN, VodafoneZiggo, Open Dutch Fiber, GlasDraad en branchevereniging NLconnect.
