Stimulering van kinderen voor een gezonde lifestyle, ontwikkeling sociale vaardigheden en motorische intelligentie. Daarnaast gebruiken we sport en spel als middel om bewegingsarmoede en eenzaamheid tegen te gaan bij zelfstandig wonende senioren en woonzorgcentra bewoners.
