RZCC, hèt aanspreekpunt voor uitwisseling van zorgcommunicatie! RZCC heeft zich ten doel gesteld de kwaliteit van patiëntenzorg in Zuidoost Brabant te verhogen. RZCC initiëert, faciliteert en stimuleert de informatie-uitwisseling tussen zorgverleners onderling en tussen zorgverleners en de patiënt. RZCC is in 2012 ontstaan uit de samenwerking van alle zorgverleners in de regio Zuidoost Brabant. De stichting komt voort uit de stichting RHECO en de stichting Zorgverwijzing. Alle zorgverleners en -aanbieders in de regio kunnen een beroep doen op het RZCC.
