Creating good Karma, one Sticker order at a time. Sticker Karma was founded by Jeff Huckstead, Anjelica Estrella, Carolyn Lawson and Chris Lawson. After many years of working for other sticker companies, they realized that there are a couple of key values that customers expect and deserve, but are lacking in our competitor's business models. Customer Service. Many large companies offshore their customer service to a call center in India. While this may save money for the company and the customer, it is often frustrating and their can be a real disconnect between what you are being told and what is being done. Other companies attempt to field phone calls from customers on their own. This cost is passed on to the customer, and the companies often fail miserably in response time. We here at Sticker Karma, believe that we have found the perfect compromise. We handle all of our customer service ourselves, and it is all done through our website and email. This allows us to handle the large volume ourselves, and still provide the most competitive pricing and up to the minute information. Quality. We aren't at all scared to let you know exactly what goes into making our stickers. All of our stickers are printed on the newest HP Latex machines, and all of our stickers are cut on the newest Graphtec plot cutters. We use 3M and General Formulations brand vinyl for all of our printing. A quality product starts with quality ingredients, and we only use the best. Price. Most companies focus so hard on being the cheapest that they completely fail on Customer Service and Quality. We have learned that those two values must come first or nobody will care how cheap it is. Fortunately for us, Sticker Karma has been built with service and quality in mind, and we can now focus on price. Due to smart choices in equipment and a super efficient process, we can offer prices that compete, as well as quality and service that surpasses all of our competitors.
