Our History Founded in 1992 and located in Asheboro, NC, Stickle & Associates is an Executive Search firm specializing in searches for heavy industry. Our client list includes large, medium and small companies from the Pulp & Paper, Chemical, Petro-Chemical and Manufacturing industries. Our search experience has been in both the retainer and contingency areas. Our expertise is in staffing and recruiting for Technical, Operations, Engineering and Maintenance professionals.
