We believe that a thriving not-for-profit sector is essential for building community and strengthening social wellbeing and cohesion. Our purpose is to support not-for-profit and charitable organisations to thrive. We focus particularly but not exclusively on organisations working in the care economy. Stillpoint works with mission-driven leaders to build clarity of vision and purpose, develop strategy, design solutions and monitor effectiveness. Our services include: STRATEGY: strategic planning, strategy and policy development, stakeholder consultation, policy, data and documentation analysis. RESEARCH: literature and evidence reviews, participatory and action research, evaluation research, research training and coaching. We use both qualitative and quantitative methodologies incorporating co-design with service users. FACILITATION: workshop facilitation, consensus building, group conversations, team development, leadership coaching and mentoring. Our approach is collaborative and interdisciplinary, using time-tested management, reflection and communication tools to deliver pragmatic and implementable results.
