We all get stuck in ruts with relationships, our routines, and at work. Therapy is a space to find the strength to overcome the patterns you are tired of dealing with and reconnect with your values. I work with individuals, teens, couples, and any relationship arrangement. I typically start therapy by working through some of the more burdensome symptoms you are struggling with to give you some relief and tools immediately.
