STM Construction Ltd. has been constructing buildings for over 90 years. The company was first established in 1927 known as Schultz Construction Ltd. After 48 years of success, in 1975 Schultz Construction ceased operations and was passed on as T.E Taylor Construction Ltd, formed by partners Tom Taylor and Jim Moyer. Under the new direction, the company branched into design/build construction and project management, while continuing to maintain an active role as a competitive general contractor. In after Tom Taylor’s retirement, once again the business was passed onto what is the present owner, Vincent Geerdinck, thus creating STM Construction Ltd.
