Stoerseth is a corporate finance advisory and consulting business. We work with tech-enabled high growth businesses looking to raise venture debt, growth credit or other types of debt finance. We work with family offices and investment principals on identifying opportunities and deals that can generate a competitive rate of return, both in M&A, LP (funds), direct placements, convertible instruments, and other market opportunities. We invest in early stage technology businesses where the crossover between the team and the technology has a comparative advantage to execute and commercialise. At Stoerseth we are experts at identifying these types of opportunities from a variety of lenders, families, funds, and banks and work with our clients on doing so. We work solely on an introductory basis with these sources and are not credit brokers. All our corporate finance activities are unregulated activities.
