Stoke White is an international law firm whose litigation work has been recognised by governments, media and international organisations including the International Criminal Court, the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. It’s most well-known cases include representing victims of the 2010 "Gaza Freedom Flotilla" at the ICC. The firm was also the first to open a case against Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad at the ICC. It has represented a number of NGOs in bringing cases against alleged perpetrators of human rights abuse, as well as taking on individual cases on behalf of victims of human rights violations, among them lawyers, charities and journalists. We have supported organisations and individuals to make evidence-based applications for arrest warrants for leaders who violate international law and we assist with providing evidence and submissions to UN special rapporteurs.
