Stonebriar Capital

Stonebriar Capital is an investment partnership formed to search for and acquire one company from ownership seeking liquidity and preferring an alternative to a private equity fund, venture capital investor or strategic acquirer. Upon acquisition, Paul will assume the CEO/President position and grow the business with the support of the current team and a newly formed Board of Directors, invest in go-to-market, add maturity to product development, optimize scalable business processes, enter new geographies and acquire other companies in adjacent markets. The partnership consists of professional investment firms, family offices, and former entrepreneurs who have funded a Phase I equity investment into Stonebriar and will invest up to $30 million in Phase II equity to acquire the target company.
