In addition, we specialize in residential rehabilitation and placing qualified tenants into properties that will afford a more comfortable standard of living. In addition to standard property leasing in single-family or multi-family homes, we also offer property rental services geared toward individuals and families in pursuit of home ownership. For the segment of individuals reaching for the American Dream, we enable them to rebuild their credit, reside in a recently-built home with minimal maintenance costs, and flexible lease terms.
