At this time we are only interested in income producing properties and will lend upto 65% LTV. Our loan terms are 1 to 5 years with interest only fixed rates ranging from 10% to 12%. All of our loans are funded by Stone Circle Mortgage Fund, LLC which StoneTree manages.
