Stonewood Complex Care

At Stonewood Complex Care we believe that everybody should have the opportunity to be cared for in their own home, surrounded by their loved ones, while retaining their independence and close links to their local community. Our service is operated by clinically trained, fully registered nurses with significant experience of working in acute and primary care within the NHS. Our aim is to work closely with commissioners and service users to build bespoke and individualised care plans for a wide variety of conditions, including but not limited to, MND, Epilepsy, MS, Spinal Injuries, Brain Injuries, Respiratory and Ventilation support and Complex Medication including timed, PEG, NG and IV routes. Our care provision can span from just several hours per day to full live in care.
