We provide expert and impartial surveying services using an innovative blend of traditional inspection methods and drone technology to produce accurate condition reports for residential and commercial clients. Our surveys are carried out by an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) who is also qualified in Conservation of Masonry. Our drone pilots are certified and insured to fly drones in built-up areas under an Operational Authorisation issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Stoneworks has been surveying buildings and providing advice for over 10 years. Clients benefit from our extensive expertise gained over 35 years in historic buildings, materials, and practical trade skills. Our location in Livingston West Lothian places us within easy reach of most areas of Central Scotland. We regularly work in the Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, and Fife areas, but our work often takes us much further north and south.
