We specialise in the Self Storage Industry and offer a variety of services as listed below;* Management relief to Independent owners/managers of Self Storage facilities to enable them to have a much deserved break/holiday.* Operational Audit of all areas of the facility e.g. unit audit, OH & S, sales & enquiries, financial, staff, Agreements, store presentation etc. Provide an extensive recommendation from the Audit findings.* We work with Staff/Owners at troubled facilities to implement a plan to move the business forward, e.g. look at website, social media, provide a marketing plan, training in sales for staff, looking at ways to increase income and debtors management.* Office/Admin and merchandise set up in new facilities * Management of new sites for a period of time, hiring and training of staff to continue on at the end of the contract.
