Storied Lives

Storied Lives™ is a program for creative, service-minded high school students to honor the elderly by writing stories about their lives. Our mission is to connect the generations by having young people write stories about the lives of the elderly in their community. We enable young people’s lives to benefit from the knowledge of the elderly and the lives of the elderly to be brightened and honored by the young. The program was founded in 2012 in Morristown, New Jersey, and has since expanded to multiple locations across the United States. We opened our first program outside the U.S. in 2017 in Wyong, New South Wales, Australia. We are always looking to grow the program.
