Our methodology, rooted in Participatory Narrative Inquiry (PNI), allows us to reveal patterns and dynamics that lead to meaningful, sustainable improvements. Through the StoryConnect Academy, we share our knowledge and skills, empowering organizations to work with stories themselves. Our training programs, such as StoryStart and StoryWorks, equip professionals with the tools to apply narrative methods effectively for innovation and reflection.
