Most professionals think of business storytelling purely as a sales tool. But what if we also leveraged the greatest stories in history to train, unify, and inspire people from inside our companies into the outside world? Based in Kenosha, WI, I help business owners apply narrative wisdom in their business practices. I use powerful stories, insights from psychology, and design thinking to help small business owners scale their workflow into the 21st century while telling a human legacy story with their brand - inside and out. We jump-start this process together in a very practical area of their business that they want to implement or improve on: Training, Marketing, and/or Workflow. Once we've identified a desired area, we explore that area deeper to identify the most critical business need, and develop a strategy together. Along the way, we discover and carefully attend to any core design conflicts that may arise and endanger their people, productivity, and profits. Ultimately, my greatest goal is not only to help small businesses become stable and scalable organizations, but also to help them embody narrative wisdom within their stories so that we sustainably balance our world between autonomy and tyranny.
