Dora has led HR functions, built people systems from the ground up and coached professionals across career stages. She also serves as an HR Advisor to TalkReady.ai, an AI-enabled hiring technology platform, bringing a future-ready, tech-informed perspective to talent acquisition and capability building. Her consulting practice blends strategic design with practical execution, enabling organizations to scale sustainably.
