Das seit Januar 2022 inhabergeführte Strandhotel Zingst, das von der „Jagdfeld Real Estate“ gemanagt wird, befindet sich auf der Halbinsel Fischland-Darß-Zingst. 2024 wurde es komplett renoviert. Es verfügt über 122 Zimmer und Suiten sowie über einen 1400 m² großen Spa- und Wellnessbereich mit Innen- und Außenpool, Whirlbucht, Infrarotkabine, Saunen und Fitnessraum, dem Restaurant Nautica und der Oyster Bar. Bis ins Zentrum des Ortes sind es 50 Meter, der Badestrand ist zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Das Resort befindet sich direkt an der Zingster Seebrücke im naturbelassenen Nationalpark, zwischen Ostsee und Bodden.
