The Strata team came together out of a shared need to escape the limitations of the corporate structure. Creating this boutique firm has allowed our team to serve our clients in a more personal and authentic way that just wasn’t possible at a larger company. Each of our team members each have decades of individual experience and achievements in system design, AVL production, manufacturing, and project management. One of our most significant accomplishments is acquiring the majority of our business through word of mouth. The number of referrals we receive from previous clients validates the reason we came together to create Strata - to design exceptional technical facilities that shape the human experience.
