We are an industry leader in geotechnical and environmental subsurface exploration. Our experience in the field, combined with our extensive drilling resources, has enabled us to complete some of the most difficult drilling projects in the Midwest. Our highly experienced drill crews, and our excellent track record of quality and safety, have allowed us to work on many of the biggest projects in the Midwest, including much of the Chicago Skyline. Strata’s owner, Sara Knight, is a licensed Professional Engineer providing the technical experience and oversight that gives our clients an additional advantage over other service providers. At Strata, regardless of the scope of the project or difficulty of the job, our goal is always the same - to provide the best possible information and services to our clients with safety as a priority. This makes us a valuable partner on any size project and helps motivate us to continue to be a leader in our field. Since Strata was founded in 2010, we have successfully completed over subsurface explorations throughout the Midwest and surrounding states. Strata employs professional drillers that have been performing drilling explorations for over 30 years.
