Returning Officer / Scrutineer – in accordance with the BCCM Act, all secret motion votes at general meetings requires a Returning Officer to be appointed for the purpose of opening and counting the votes. In addition we offer our services as a Scrutineer at any meeting. If your Committee requires a Scrutineer for opening Committee ballots or to review the overall votes for all motions at a general meeting, we are able to assist.
