Her passion is to develop leadership capability and capacity through partnering to identify, develop and implement the solutions needed to achieve individual and organisational goals. Sonya’s effectiveness is underpinned by an acute self-awareness and intuition, enabling her, and her clients, to improve their performance and success as leaders. Sonya’s brings over 25 years in leadership roles, where she has worked as a strategic business partner, coach, facilitator and program manager, encompassing executive leadership, consulting, organisational improvement, learning and development, strategy in the health, education, government and not-for-profit sectors. She brings extensive qualifications and a history of achievement. Her consulting and leadership coaching approach draws on over a decade of leading the development and implementation of leadership programs and initiatives in large organisations. Sonya has leveraged her own, and others, leadership experiences to develop insightful, innovative programs, which significantly increased individual and organisational performance.
