Karen’s main consulting work across both the private and public sectors is in five areas: working with senior manager teams and HR professionals on the formulation and implementation of strategy, enhancing people practices for business performance, large change and restructuring projects, organisational reviews and M & As, and the design and facilitation of learning & coaching programs.
