Strategic Ideation

This is a virtual company based on a statement by Thomas Jefferson, “No duty the Executive had to perform was so trying as to put the right man (person) in the right place.” Management is a people business, and, “In many ways, there is nothing more important for bringing pleasure, and satisfaction to the daily lives of ordinary citizens than authentic leadership, and management, with integrity. These qualities can do more, to solve the critical problems, on a global scale, than any of the other known qualities, of any other profession known to people” (Mann, 2005).
