Strategic Maintenance Limited (SML) is an asset management consultancy and maintenance planning specialist that delivers solutions supporting our clients’ assets management process whilst helping to align business and asset management objectives. Using our asset management framework (based on principles), we help identify and bridge the gap between our clients’ current state and best practice, providing clarity on their asset management responsibilities, stakeholder needs and legal requirements. We work with our clients to develop solutions and provide tools that address the specific challenges they face within the lifecycle of their assets, identify and eliminate unnecessary costs and waste, and to establish digital enablers that deliver a consistent and future-proofed service. We provide additional support with a range of asset management and spares management training courses which are guided by and IAM principles, built using our vast experience, and structured by our training coordinator (with qualifications in both engineering and education) to be more engaging and more memorable.
