Our research agenda addresses important and interesting unsolved questions relating to organization design and adaptation, including the role of AI and new emergent technologies. We address these questions using a variety of methods, including computer simulations, laboratory experiments, mathematical analyses, as well as econometric and qualitative approaches. The members of our unit share a strong passion for research and a desire to work on groundbreaking ideas.
