Strategic Resource assesses, develops and supports the work of management teams in achieving or exceeding their business plan. We are accurate and have strong predictive validity. Our accuracy is over 90%. This figure is based on a review of 70% of our due diligence reports between 3 and 5 years after deal completion. We have benchmark data about the leadership styles and team work most frequently associated with strong portfolio performance, both for start-up business and for more established businesses. We have a track record of significantly adding value post-completion and are frequently invited back to put in place our recommendations or assess new joiners, e.g CFO's/NXD's. We also offer 6-9 months support contracts to de-risk identified individual and team skills gaps. All our principal consultants have post-graduate qualifications in the behavioral sciences and/or HR. Our approach is based on rigorous observation and interviewing. This provides the highest possible reliability for predicting future performance.
