We are an international consulting firm, based in Monaco, advising clients on making private equity investments and improving the results of the companies they have invested in. A typical assignment may start with a review of a company to be acquired, assisting management with preparing a business plan, identifying the key drivers, raising finance and negotiating its acquisition. We would meet management on a monthly basis to review performance against plan and suggest improvements which would increase profit.
