Initially focusing as a strategy consulting firm, over the years, it's role with its clients has moved to that of Strategic Advisor and, in the case of public sector clients, Whole of Government Advisor. Prior to Covid, Strategy-Matters was based in Myanmar but is now wholly based in New Zealand.
