Stratford Partners skills cross the entire spectrum of the investment cycle providing underwriting, acquisition, redevelopment, asset, and construction management services to our Joint Venture investors. The principals of the firm have acquired, owned and operated a multifamily portfolio in excess of $600 million with assets located throughout the major metros on the west coast, and have invested in excess of $200 million in equity on behalf of Institutional and Ultra High Net Worth investors.
