We are an emerging stage company developing, under two executed Letters of Intent and one executed Memorandum of Understanding with a First Nation, three 140 megawatt “behind-the-fence” assets each consisting of a combined-cycle gas turbine power generation facility paired with a build to suit hyperscale hosting campus in Southern Alberta. The project will leverage Alberta’s vast natural gas supply and preferential pricing, established industrial permitting, cool climate, low corporate tax rate, business-friendly policy strategy and abundant scalable land base to attract high value blue chip end users seeking clear pathways to long-term energy and hosting certainty.
