Stratos Innovation Group

We're a high-impact strategic design consultancy helping bold teams reimagine customer and employee experiences since 2013. If you choose to partner with us, we will guide you in the process of determining what your customers want you to make (and do), and why you should do it. Our process involves the interplay between design thinking and business strategy. We’ll also bring ideas to life through experience prototyping and help innovate contextually— both immediately and over the long term. We are multidisciplinary team of researchers, designers, and strategists whose focus is to help organizations build services that mutually benefit the consumer and the needs of the business. We help our clients navigate the strategic “front end” of the design process. Our core offerings:+ DESIGN RESEARCH Discover your customers' context, emotions, unspoken needs, motivations and their desire for the future. Using a co-creation approach, we enable people to project and envision future experiences.+ EXPERIENCE STRATEGY We help you generate and envision ideas and concepts with your users and business teams to deliver the future experience. Your design teams will be equipped with the insights that are distilled into potential concepts and design criteria.+ EXPERIENCE PROTOTYPING We move iteratively from a rough experience concept to creating a well defined end-to-end journey by engaging the users and designers at the same time.
