We use digital qualitative methodologies to get to valuable, emotion-driven and real time insight, tailoring the approach to the challenge, whether using online community platforms, mobile ethnography or social media apps to capture the right people at the right time. We stay open minded and don't rule out more traditional qualitative methodologies if they can give a better answer.
