Streams Community Hub is a charitable arts organization based in Shelburne, Ontario, dedicated to providing children and youth with access to high-quality, inclusive arts education—regardless of financial circumstances. Through programs in theatre, music, visual arts, digital media, and more, we offer a safe and welcoming space where young people can explore their creativity, develop new skills, and build meaningful connections. Founded in 2016, Streams is Black-led, community-rooted, and future-focused. We believe every child deserves the chance to thrive creatively and that the arts are a powerful tool for self-expression, healing, and hope. Located in a 3,600 sq. ft. facility in the heart of Shelburne Serving youth aged 4–17 with after-school programs, camps, workshops, and performances Partnering with families, schools, artists, and donors to remove barriers to access All the Arts.
