The entire reason I started Strength Per a Second was to empower others to become their best selves. Each and every one of you that allows me to help you accomplish that gets the same promise: I will never give up on you as long as you don't give up on yourself. I will implement harsh but proven effective motivation strategies that I both witnessed and used during my time in the United States Army, such as direct consequences for not meeting your goals, and a results oriented structure that rewards extra effort and punishes laziness and excuses. What you are getting here is a direct one-on-one ally in your journey to become your best self. You and I will sit down and come up with a system and structure that is uniquely crafted to you, your life, your goals, and your needs. My purpose here is to be the person in your world that is behind you 100%. To consistently be there to encourage, push, and hold you accountable to the path required to reach the accomplishments you have set for yourself. How often you need that accountability is entirely up to you.
