Hello! STRENGTHEN is a company focused on wellbeing via evidence based strategies with a focus on positive psychology. Founded by Andrea Urquhart, Strengths is now launching into publications and Occupational Health/HR support for businesses around wellbeing. The AFTER BURNOUT one-to-one coaching programme is now Beta Testing to support HIGH POTENTIAL LEADERS to return to work revitalised and passionate about leadership after mental or physical burnout. STRENGTHEN'S publishing aim is to produce titles that support the coaching & talking therapies professions alongside ones that support individuals in specific aspects of personal growth and wellbeing. HR & Occupational Health Support includes Wellbeing Audits & recommendations and an employee retention programme for HiPo leaders and managers returning to work after burnout, compassionate leave and sick leave. This programme blends Emotion and Leadership coaching and aims to empower leaders to reintegrate and thrive following time out from the workplace.
