The service is designed as an application for the PayPal to stretch the transfer of money. It gives an opportunity to optimise spendings and influence the quality of a service by means of changing the speed of the flow of money. Our project will allow for additional management of extended money transfer times. Depending on the quality and duration of a service that a recipient provides, a user can change speed of money ‘flow’ and the amount of funds to be sent.
