Our mission is to combat employee burnout and improve managerial oversight by taking on the system development and process improvement initiatives the existing members of an organization simply do not have the time for but possess the tribal knowledge to make these initiatives work. We offer consultation and contract work to help small to medium businesses (or large organizations with localized operations) clean up internal processes to establish accountability, work flow, and dashboard views of daily operations. We provide consultation by working directly with both employees and managers to establish key objectives, while building a system that is intuitive for the primary users. Project initiatives are custom tailored to each organization based on their specific services, offerings, and culture. The goal is for each project to come to a close in a reasonable timeframe so the organization can see immediate results in sales growth and operational efficiency. Strigiformes offers experience and expertise in manufacturing and technical services, with knowledge of SaaS solutions to provide a holistic integration of digitized processes, demonstrating a clear understanding of technical, sales, and financial operations. This is not intended for large corporations who a variation of dedicated digital transformation managers or are looking for enterprise-level solutions.
