Civil Engineering/Project & Construction Management/Entitlement Consultant Responsible for management of all client architectural and engineering interactions with governmental agencies holding permit jurisdiction over projects such as cities, counties, municipal agencies, Army Corps of Engineers, Regional Water Quality Control Board and the California Department of Fish and Game. Provide coordination between developer, permitting agency and engineers/consultants; developing timelines/schedules to keep all entities accountable to goals, timelines and receivables; and documenting all key communications, commitments and non-compliance. • Facilitated obtaining Conditional Use Permit from the City of Hemet in order to entitle eight medical office Building’s with square feet of floor space in record time. • Partnered with city officials, searched and hired an environmental consultant with specialty in wetlands and coordinated all work between the city, Army Corps of Engineers and Regional Water Control Board, resulting in obtaining environmental clearance for a sensitive wetland in minimal time so that it did not slow down the project. • Initiated and drove city approval of a parcel map for condo purposes in one month, resulting in close of escrow, new owners assuming financial responsibility while saving the developer two months of wasted interest payments.
