Consultation (targeted engagement for strategic assessment and recommendations – product, pricing, partnerships, ecosystems, strategic deal making). Outsourced Services (extension-of-staff and fractional leadership model; tactical engagement to lead/build/optimize teams, programs, ecosystems, strategic partnerships, ventures and growth-related initiatives).
